Refund policy
We want you to love your KIZUKI gear, but if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items returned in an unsellable condition or without prior approval may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.
Please note: All goggles and lenses must be returned with the protective inner lens film intact. Once the film is removed, we’re unable to accept the return.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@kizuki.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and return instructions. Returns must be sent to the address provided, any items sent without authorisation will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and work quickly to resolve the issue with a refund, replacement, or store credit.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to post the refund. If it’s been more than 10 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.
Final sale items, gift cards, personalised or customised products, and items damaged through misuse or improper care are not eligible for return. Please ensure items are clean and free of debris before sending them back.
