Returning an Item?

Changed your mind? No worries, you can return eligible items within 30 days as long as they’re unworn, unused, and in original packaging. To request a return, please contact us.

What You Need to Know

For change-of-mind returns, you’ll need to post the item back at your expense. We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. We’ll cover the return shipping if return due fault or mistake by our team.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

What’s your return policy?

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note: All goggles and lenses must be returned with the protective inner lens film intact. Once the film is removed, we’re unable to accept the return.

How do I return an item?

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If return is due to a fault or mistake by our team, we will cover the cost of the return.

When will I receive my refund?
